5. Call for Papers and Posters
All papers and posters are now open for submission. Submission deadline: 15 April 2013 (Monday) ¡C
•  Requirements for papers
¡@Category: research paper, experience sharing, case study, etc.
¡@The full paper and an abstract should be submitted
¡@The full paper should contain approximately 2,500 words (excluding abstract)
¡@The abstract should be within 300 to 500 words
¡@The paper should be written either in Chinese or English
¡@The paper should be saved in Microsoft Word file of A4 size ¡V double spacing, headline (16pt, bold), author (14pt), rest of the texts (12pt), Chinese characters (²Ó©úÅé), English letters (Times New Roman)
•  Requirements for posters
¡@The full poster and an abstract should be submitted
¡@The abstract should be within 300 to 500 words
¡@The poster should be of 100cm (height) x 74cm (width) in size, saved in JPG file with a minimum pixel of 300dpi

¡@ The Submission Form is available for download on this web page. Please send the paper / poster along with the completed Submission Form via e-mail to Ms. Feronica Chan (feronica@kwnc.edu.mo)
¡@The submitted paper / poster will be reviewed and selected, the result will be announced through e-mail before 2 May 2013
¡@For the oral presentation of the selected paper, PowerPoint presentation slides should be prepared and sent to Ms. Feronica Chan via e-mail before 23 May 2013

¡¯ If none of the authors of the selected paper / poster is available to attend the Symposium, the opportunity of presentation will no longer be offered

6.  Certificate
•  Certificate will be granted to participants who have participated in all sessions of the Symposium
•  Testimonial will be issued to author(s) of the paper / poster selected for presentation

7.  Credits
•  Based on Nursing Department¡¦s calculation for CNE Credits
•  Students of Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau will receive credits for ¡§Professional/Academic Seminars¡¨ under the category of elective subjects

8.   Application for Participation
Date of application: from now on to 23 May 2013 (Thursday) on a first come, first served basis
Fee: MOP20 for each participant (refreshment included)
The fee will be exempted for invited guests, nursing students and presenters of the selected papers and posters
