Scheme for achieving 5.5 in IELTS

¡@¡@In order to encourage our students to improve their English or to achieve the requirement of English for admission of further studies, we have introduced the following two-scheme plan. Those who are interested in the scheme can take any of the stated courses or examination and submit English Language Promotion Scheme ~ Application Form together with the required documents to the Language Promotion Group for application of sponsorship and /or reward after their successful completion of the course and /or examination. The deadline of application is on 30th June every academic year. ¡@¡@

Scheme for Improving English language

Aims
  1. 1. To encourage students to learn English through making use of existing resources.
  2. To financially support the students who want to improve their English through systematic English learning programmes.

This scheme offers sponsorship to students who take and successfully complete any of the following courses run by the Bell Centre¡G

  1. General English
  2. Socialising English
  3. Practical Writing
  4. IELTS preparatory course

Method of Sponsorship

50% of the course fee paid

Requirements of Application

Applicants have to produce certificate / proof which indicates successful completion of the course and the receipt of the payment of the course fee.

Scheme for achieving 5.5 in IELTS

Aims
  1. To encourage students who are good at English to prepare for the entry requirement of English for postgraduate studies.
  2. To support and reward students who have achieved an overall average of 5.5 or above in IELTS(Academic)
