On November 11, Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau received a donation of fund and commemorative Olympic banknotes from Bank of China Macau for the use of purchasing teaching equipment and promoting academic level. On behalf of the College, KWNC President Florence Van received the cheque and banknotes from Mr. Lou Kuok Un, Head of Personal Finance Department of BOC Macau, Mr. Au Chi Kei, Senior Personnel and Administrative Manager of Human Resources Department, and Mr. So Um Man, general manager of Coelho Amaral Branch.

Since 2005, Bank of China Macau has been a KWNC scholarship sponsor encouraging excellent students to keep on studying hard. So far there have been ten students benefited by the sponsorship. KWNC staff would like to express deeply their appreciation for BOC Macau for its long-term support to the local nursing education and acceptance of the College’s achievement.
