University of São Paulo Representatives Visited KWNC

Dr. Isabel Amelia Costa Mendes and Dr. Maria Auxiliadora Trevizan from University of Sao Paulo paid a visit to Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau on Oct. 13 th to 15 th , 2008 . During their stay in Macau , they met President Van Iat Kio, Executive Officer Lei Sut Peng and Associate Professor Luk Leung in the College when both parties had deep discussion over the issues of cooperation and exchanges between the two universities. And then the guests also visited the Health Center of Macau SAR and went sightseeing around Macau 's world heritage scenic spots.

Further to the agreement signed between KWNC and University of Sao Paulo since 2004, the two parties also take the opportunity to sign an agreement on continuing cooperation, including teacher and student exchanges and cooperative scientific research project between the two universities, which would help to promote the nursing education development of both institutions and the regional exchanges between Macau and Brazil as well.
